What you'll do
Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Elixir.
Ensure high performance and reliability of messaging services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.




Proficient in Elixir and the BEAM VM.
Strong understanding of real-time messaging systems.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
Nice to have
Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
