Courtesy of sustained growth our client is on the hunt for Senior Sales & Production Estimator to add to their established team. You will be tasked with creating Sales & Production Estimates for their Projects division, consisting of Terrace and Townhouse projects.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in Production Estimating capacities, along with a Intermediate level of Sales Estimating experiencewith a domestic builders. Experience estimating on custom homes/projects and medium density projects will be looked at favorably.
Ideally you will be Databuild proficient, along with a strong track record within the domestic construction industry.
You will possess a strong understanding of domestic builds reflected in either hands on estimating, trade or tertiary qualification.
You will relish a fast paced working environment and enjoy the challenge of learning a new role with a very reputable builder.
The role is based on the outskirts of Brisbane City (North) with street parking readily available. Flexible working arrangements, salary dependent on experience, with scope to $130k+super for highly experienced Senior Estimators.
