Investructure Pty Ltd At Investructure , we're a rapidly growing infrastructure advisory consultancy supporting government and private sector clients develop and deliver make smarter decisions across complex infrastructure projects and programs. We're looking for an Associate Director to join our Sydney based Commercial Advisory team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced consultant, project leader or infrastructure professional who combines commercial thinking, client relationship skills and project delivery excellence. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic advisory services, growing client relationships, developing our people and helping drive the continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure advisory engagements
Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders
Manage medium to large consulting commissions from inception through to completion
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and emerging client accounts
Lead tender submissions, bids and proposals
Develop and execute client and sector growth strategies
Mentor and develop
Contribute to recruitment and talent development initiatives
Help shape our culture and support our high-performance consulting environment
About you
You are a commercially minded consulting professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting clients to achieve successful outcomes. You will bring:
Experience in infrastructure, advisory, consulting, construction, engineering, transport, utilities,



energy or major projects environments
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and consulting engagements
Strong commercial and project management capabilities
Experience leading teams and developing people
A track record of identifying and securing recent business opportunities
Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience preparing proposals, bids and tenders
Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, engineering, quantity surveying or other related discipline
