Kmart Australia is seeking a Senior People & Capability (P&C;) Advisor to provide expert Employee Relations guidance across the Kmart and Target brands. You will partner with leaders across Australia and Current Zealand, handling complex workplace matters, investigations, and policy adherence while balancing risk, compliance and commercial outcomes.
In this role you will coach leaders, lead high-risk cases, and collaborate with Legal, P&C; Partners, and senior stakeholders to drive practical solutions
