Registered Surveyor / Albury / Wagga Wagga / Dubbo / Goulburn / Oran Park / Orange (Can also support an RS in any of these locations)
Up to $170,000 Total Package / Vehicle / Flexible Working
We've partnered with a large, multidisciplinary engineering and surveying business with offices across Australia's East Coast, now looking to bring on a Registered Surveyor to support an enviable project pipeline.
This is a genuinely exciting step up — you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and have a real say in how decisions are made and how the cadastral function operates.
The pipeline is already secured, so there's no expectation to chase new business. Your focus will be on instructions coming through from long-standing clients, including developers and builders. You'll have flexibility to work from home on your own terms,



and full autonomy to shape the cadastral side however suits you best.
Registered Surveyor Duties
Preparing accurate survey plans, drawings, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Preparing, lodging and monitoring land division applications through the portal
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Providing expert advice and guidance on surveying-related matters
Mentoring and training junior surveyors to develop their skills and expertise once on board
Registered Surveyor Experience & Skills
Registered / Licensed Surveyor in Australia, or very close to completing PTA
Robust understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
