PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currentlylooking for a passionateand customer focusedReservations Agent to join ourteam on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the Reservations Agent will assist guests throughout the reservations process, providing accurate information about our property and services, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hospitality, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Accurately process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the reservation system
Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, seasonal offers, and hotel policies
Ensure all guest details are recorded correctly and confidentially
Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Ideally, the Successful Candidate will have:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred




Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training provided)
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS)
A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
