Ngwala Willumbong Aboriginal Corporation in Richmond, VIC, is seeking a Complex Case Manager to deliver intensive, culturally safe AOD case management to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members with complex needs.
You will undertake assessments, develop case plans, provide in-reach support with NRCH and MSIR, and collaborate with local services to connect clients to treatment, healthcare and wrap-around supports. This is a full time role based in Melbourne.
