Role Overview:
We are seeking
Level 1 Desktop Engineer
to join our agile team to work with one of our clients onsite in Geelong. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be comfortable and confident in a range of Windows technologies.
We will be joining a team of engineers already implementing the
Win 11 rollout
, therefore you will be required to integrate quickly to complement the team. As you will be assisting end-users, excellent communication skills – spoken, written and interpersonal are required as is the need to be on-site on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Adherence to documented operational procedures for both PC & laptops
Experience in dealing with and assisting end-users who are not IT literate
Knowledge and experience across Windows OS, O365, Sharepoint, Teams etc.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Solid understanding of Windows desktop and basic server environments
Operating collaboratively with team to elevate capability and consistency
About You
3+ years in a service desk or technical support role
Experience in Win11 rollout
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and efficiently
A genuine passion for delivering quality customer support
Excellent comms
