What you'll do
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using the ThousandEyes platform.
Analyze network performance data to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.




Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and using monitoring tools.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud services and applications.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in network monitoring.
Skills & tools
Networking tools and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
