As a senior technical leader, you will oversee complex building assessments, tender validation and repair cost reviews while mentoring others, improving operational performance and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in insurance building, construction or repair validation
Strong expertise in domestic and commercial scoping and estimating




Proven ability to lead, influence and mentor others
Solid stakeholder management and commercial acumen
Excellent report writing, communication and organisational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex building assessments, tender reviews and repair validations
Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex field validation claims
Facilitate tender inspections and validate scopes, costs and contractor submissions
Prepare detailed scopes, estimates and technical reports
Monitor supplier performance and drive accountability across builder networks
Ensure compliance with technical, commercial and service delivery standards
Partner with insurers and stakeholders to improve customer and business outcomes
Support business growth, capability development and operational excellence
