About You To be considered, you'll ideally have:
3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction at a well established builder
Experience delivering new build and/or major refurbishment projects
Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and cost control
Ability to manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification
Responsibilities
Manage subcontractor procurement and letting
Prepare and administer subcontract agreements
Assess progress claims and variations
Cost reporting and forecasting
Assist with budgeting and financial management
Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to deliver projects successfully
Ensure contractual compliance throughout project delivery
