About the role:
Join our Sheen Towing team based in Bayswater, supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced towing department.
This role is a mix of administration, customer service (phone-based), and bookkeeping support, working closely with the Head Bookkeeper and Towing Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers over the phone
Coordinating job information and supporting daily operations
Data entry and maintaining accurate records in the internal system
Learning and using in-house software systems




Assisting with payroll processing and general bookkeeping tasks
Supporting accounts functions (AR/AP and invoicing)
General office administration and paperwork management
Please note: this role is office-based with no face-to-face customer service required.
What we're looking for:
Strong phone manner and communication skills
Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
Exposure to payroll, accounts, or MYOB (must have)
High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confidence learning new systems and processes
A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
