Woods & Co is seeking a Site Foreman to join its luxury residential builder in Victoria. The role combines hands-on carpentry with day-to-day site supervision on bespoke homes valued up to $30m.
You will work with the Construction Manager to coordinate trades, manage programs, supervise subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety on site. This position suits an experienced Leading Hand or Foreman who can lead by example and balance fieldwork with project leadership.
