The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a
Plant Assistan
t to join our
Artarmon Concrete team
on a permanent full-time basis. Working Monday to Saturday, you will play a key role in supporting our concrete operations, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials, equipment and site activities.
As a Plant Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Safely operating plant and equipment including Front End Loader, Forklift, Bobcat and other machinery
Receiving, unloading and receipting deliveries
Material handling and stock management
Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work environment
Providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers
Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting daily production activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Front End Loader, Bobcat and Forklift licences (highly regarded but not essential)




Experience working in a production, manufacturing or industrial environment (desirable)
A proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliability and flexibility to work every Saturday
A willingness to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career with Boral
