We're looking for a motivated and reliable
Pre-Delivery & Handover Specialist
to become an integral part of our growing team. This is a full time role working across both sites (Cannington and Kewdale).
This is a unique role that combines customer interaction, vehicle movements, quality control, warranty administration and daily operational support. No two days are the same.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will:
Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new caravans.
Deliver professional customer handovers, ensuring customers leave confident in the operation of their caravan.
Move caravans safely on-site using a forklift and transport them between locations using company vehicles.
Assist with transporting and setting up display caravans for shows and promotional events.
Coordinate warranty claims and provide ongoing after-sales support.
Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and customers to resolve warranty and product enquiries.
Support the daily operations of both our Kewdale and Cannington facilities.
This role is integral to ensuring every caravan leaves our dealership to the highest standard while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.




Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
Confidence using digital systems and technology.
A proactive attitude with the ability to learn recent systems, problem-solve, work independently and as part of a team.
A current unrestricted Australian manual driver's licence.
A forklift licence, or the willingness to obtain one.
Confidence towing caravans, or the willingness to learn.
The physical ability to carry out detailed vehicle inspections, including working at heights or in confined spaces where required.
The following are highly regarded but not essential:
Experience conducting pre-delivery inspections or vehicle quality inspections.
Knowledge of caravan systems, including electrical, plumbing, gas, solar, battery management and mechanical components.
Experience in the caravan, automotive, transport or mechanical industries.
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in automotive, mechanical or caravan servicing.
