Play the Wilde Collective designs and creates unique outdoor environments that inspire creativity, adventure and meaningful play. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in bringing our projects to life.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on, takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to see the direct impact of their work in spaces used by children, families and communities.
As we deliver projects across Australia, this role offers the opportunity to travel and work on a diverse range of exciting projects in different locations.
The role
As our Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day‐to‐day delivery of our projects, leading site operations and supporting our skilled team to create exceptional outdoor play and landscape spaces.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish coordinating people, materials, timelines and site requirements while maintaining our high standards of safety, quality and attention to detail.
What you'll be doing
Lead and supervise daily site activities and team operations
Coordinate project delivery to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Interpret plans, drawings and project specifications
Manage site logistics, materials, tools and equipment
Support and mentor team members to achieve outstanding results
Maintain a protected, organised and positive site environment
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors and the internal team




Work alongside the team in hands‐on construction and installation when required
Travel to project locations across Australia as required
About you
You're a practical, organised and motivated leader who enjoys creating things that matter. You'll bring:
Experience supervising construction, landscaping, playground or outdoor projects
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a team
Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
A genuine interest in creating engaging spaces for children and communities
The flexibility and willingness to travel nationally for project work
A Driver's License, White Card & Blue Card/Working with Children or ability to obtain Working with Children /Blue Card.
