We're currently partnering with a fantastic tier 3 business who deliver high-quality projects across fit-out and refurbishments. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to bring on an experienced Foreman to join their growing team.

The Role
As Foreman, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all on-site trades and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety standards
Conduct daily site inspections and maintain site presentation
Work closely with the Project Manager to drive programme outcomes




Monitor quality control and ensure works meet specifications
Maintain accurate site records and reporting
About You
Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial construction or a background in carpentry for a commercial builder
Background in fit-out or refurbishment projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of construction processes and WHS requirements
