Property Manager
to join our growing team. This is a

Burwood VIC ****
. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximising returns for our property owners. This role is pivotal to our business operations and requires someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including tenant screening, lease administration, and move-in/move-out procedures
Collect rent payments, manage ledgers, and handle financial reporting for property owners
Address and resolve tenant complaints and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and maintain property standards
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, whilst ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality workmanship
Ensure compliance with all relevant tenancy laws, regulations, and company policies
Provide regular updates and reports to property owners regarding property performance and financials
Additional language skills are highly regarded
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Property Manager ( manage 100 properties )or in a similar residential property management role
Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
Proficiency in property management software - PropertyMe and general computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to resolving disputes
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport for property inspections
Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management, whilst not essential, are highly desirable
