About this opportunity
In this varied role, you'll use your administrative expertise, customer service skills, and attention to detail to coordinate records, financial processes, procurement activities, and project support across a busy and rewarding work environment.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for:
collating of DRFA (Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements) photo reports
processing of financial reconciliation including invoice, timesheet, goods receipting processing
general administrative support as directed including record and data management and procurement support.
demonstrating strong communication, time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
providing excellent internal and external customer service.
What will you bring
Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Raise purchase orders and process goods receipting including assisting in the management of invoices as required.
Demonstrated knowledge of reviewing RFT/Q's including contract preparation and signing process.
Strong communication, time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Experience in monthly processing of timesheets.
General administrative support as directed including record and data management and procurement support.
