About the role:
We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis to support our participants in Melton VIC.
Support requirements:
High physical care and psychosocial support
Minimum 1+ years experience in complex care is required to demonstrate confidence in providing complex care and behavioural support while maintaining a person-centred approach.
Experience in both high physical care and psychosocial support is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Assisting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene needs.
Assisting with manual handling for mobility assistance.
Administering medication and following healthcare plans under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals.
Implementing behaviour support plans and providing emotional support and encouragement.
Assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.




Minimum 6+ months experience working with clients with psychosocial disabilities is required.
Mandatory requirements:
Minimum Certificate III qualification in Disability, Community Services, Aged Care or equivalent is required
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
Victorian Driver's license
Must be available to accommodate a rotating roster.
