About the Company/Role:
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in the Australian market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking motivated Manufacturing Operators and Packing Operators to join their team on an ongoing contract basis.
Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Ongoing contract opportunities
Based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs
Work within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your experience and the needs of the business, duties may include:
Operating manufacturing, blending, filling and/or packaging equipment
Dispensing and weighing raw materials in accordance with batch documentation
Operating, monitoring and adjusting automated and semi-automated production machinery
Packing, labelling and conducting in-process quality inspections
Completing batch records, production documentation and quality paperwork
Following GMP, SOPs and company quality standards
Performing equipment cleaning,



sanitisation and line clearances
Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating maintenance concerns where required
Maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic production environment
Assisting with material handling and stock movements as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator, Packing Operator, Machine Operator, Blending Operator or Team Leader within the Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG or related manufacturing industry
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is essential
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
A commitment to workplace safety and compliance
