Job Description
PJ Meats Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Meat Worker to join our processing team in Thomastown. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week), offering stable employment in a quick-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cut, and package a variety of meat products with precision and care.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Operate and maintain meat processing equipment and machinery.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a meat processing or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and product handling.
High attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.




Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Commitment to food safety and quality assurance standards.
Reliable team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
What We Offer
Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience).
