What you will be doing:




Reviewing medical, vocational and financial information
Assessing claim eligibility and ongoing entitlement

Working with rehabilitation providers, medical professionals and internal specialists
Managing customer and stakeholder communication
Supporting claims from initial assessment through to resolution
