We are seeking an exceptional
National Training & Education Manager
to lead the education strategy across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring our retail teams deliver an unrivalled luxury client experience while becoming the industry's most knowledgeable fragrance specialists.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the company's national education strategy across our retail boutiques, department store partners and wholesale network.
You will inspire teams through engaging education, coaching and development while ensuring every consultant represents our brands with confidence, passion and expertis
Key Responsibilities
Education & Training
Develop and execute Agence de Parfum's national training strategy.
Deliver engaging classroom, virtual and in-store education across all brands.
Conduct induction training for new team members and ongoing development programmes.
Create educational pathways for Beauty Advisors, Counter Managers and Retail Managers.
Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all retail partners.
Own and manage the company's digital learning platform.
Create engaging online learning modules and assessments.




Monitor training completion and compliance across all retail teams.
Analyse reporting and provide insights into engagement, performance and development opportunities.
Continuously improve digital learning content to support new product launches and education initiatives.
Field Coaching
Conduct regular in-store coaching and performance development.
Partner with Area Managers and Retail Managers to identify coaching opportunities.
Support the achievement of sales KPIs through education and service excellence.
Provide structured feedback and development plans for retail teams.
Brand Education & Events
Host fragrance masterclasses, VIP experiences and customer education events.
Represent Agence de Parfum at media launches, PR events and industry activations.
Deliver compelling product presentations for internal teams, retail partners and key stakeholders.
Support new brand launches and promotional campaigns through engaging educational experiences.
Training Resources
Develop and maintain all training materials, presentations and educational resources.
Adapt international brand training for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Produce digital content including videos, product guides and interactive learning modules.
People Development
Identify and develop future fragrance experts across the business.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new retail team members.




Partner with leadership to identify succession opportunities and capability development.
Track training effectiveness through measurable KPIs.
Provide monthly education reports and insights to senior leadership.
Work closely with our international brand partners to implement global education initiatives.
Participate in global training meetings and product launch programmes.
About You
You are passionate about luxury retail and thrive on developing people to perform at their best.
You will bring:
3-5 years' experience in luxury retail, fragrance or beauty education.
Previous experience as a National Trainer, Field Coach, Retail Manager or Counter Manager.
Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
Exceptional communication and storytelling ability.
Confidence presenting to both small groups and large audiences.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training platforms.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
A passion for fragrance, luxury retail and exceptional client experiences.
Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
