The role focuses on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions and discharge planning for patients across the trauma stream, including NDIS clients.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with hospital-based experience, solid assessment and report writing skills, and knowledge of the NDIS framework.
