About the role
As an Educator, you will play an active, hands‐on role in delivering high‐quality experiences for children and supporting the daily operation of the service. Working as part of a committed team, you will contribute to programming, help maintain a safe and engaging environment, and build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.
This role suits someone who enjoys working directly with children, values teamwork, and is confident supporting routines, wellbeing, and learning experiences within a structured and supportive organisation.
You will assist with supervision, programming implementation, compliance tasks, and effective communication with families. You'll also contribute to creating a warm, welcoming workplace that reflects the needs of the children and community.

Essential skills and knowledge
Early Childhood Education and Care qualification or equivalent
Sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place




Minimum one year experience working in a children's service
Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading a team
Ability to plan, implement, and review high quality programs
First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Knowledge of workplace health and safety
Current Working with Children Check
Completion of approved Child Protection Training
Current driver's licence
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and QikKids
Willingness to work split shifts as required
