With a strong national presence and a reputation for reliable service, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their Dubbo team.
Competitive rate of $36 per hour
Ongoing Monday-to-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm shifts

About the role:
Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries
Providing information about products, services and customer accounts
Processing customer requests, applications, bookings and orders
Updating customer details and maintaining accurate system records
Assisting with account enquiries, complaints and service issues




Investigating concerns and escalating complex matters when required
Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requests are resolved
About you:
Previous customer service, call centre or administration experience
A confident and professional phone manner
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Accurate data-entry and general computer skills
The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A calm and solutions-focused approach to customer concerns
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
Willingness to complete required pre-employment checks
