The Opportunity
This role is primarily involved in our highly regarded Autowash Division providing quality soap and equipment solutions to our valued customers. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, upbeat individual with a
mechanical/technical aptitude
to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is a multi-faceted role in an environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, with the ability to support customer enquiries from beginning to end.
THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE ROLE
A variety of duties include:
Efficient and timely processing of customer orders and invoicing
Ability to go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience




Capacity to thrive in a high-volume order processing workplace and can maintain resilience
Enthusiastically communicate to customers monthly specials and promotions
Actively handle high volume emails and phone calls with commitment and timely follow-up to resolution
Assist with counter sales in a personable and professional manner
Processing of Returned Goods ensuring accuracy and follow up
Handling and researching customer enquiries
Apply your growing technical knowledge to research and identify suitable product solutions for customer enquiries.
