WorldFirst, a brand of Ant International, provides cross-border payment and financial solutions that help businesses trade and grow internationally. Our products connect payment, collection and card capabilities for importers, exporters and e-commerce businesses operating across global markets.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to support the continued growth of our product offering across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs and bringing new or enhanced solutions to market. Working closely with commercial, product and marketing teams, you will translate client pain points and market insights into clear business requirements, go-to-market strategies and product initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on WorldFirst's performance across ANZ by improving existing products, launching new solutions and driving stronger customer acquisition and engagement.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with regional frontline commercial and product teams to understand client pain points and develop practical solutions. Translate these needs into transparent business requirements and go-to-market strategies.
Formulate and implement product growth strategies based on client and market insights.
Leverage growth tools and product incentives to drive new-user acquisition, activation and engagement.
Develop product content, sales materials and pitches tailored to different client segments.
Partner with the marketing team to articulate the product value proposition and deliver relevant content to market.
Evaluate market conditions,
customer trends and competitor activity across ANZ to identify emerging opportunities and support the continuous optimisation of campaigns and incentive programmes.
Provide insights and drive the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, including gathering requirements for technology builds, preparing business requirement documents, mapping and re-engineering processes and managing projects through execution.
Support the effective delivery of key business initiatives by preparing materials for senior management, facilitating key meetings, maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, drafting processes and validating implementation.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, financial services, product growth, commercial strategy or business operations.
Solid knowledge of the cross-border payments landscape in Australia and New Zealand, including the needs of businesses operating internationally.
Proven ability to work across organisational boundaries, navigate ambiguity and build effective internal networks to improve cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage a fast-paced schedule and a high volume of work while delivering quality outcomes within short timelines and complex governance structures.
Ability to independently conduct market and client research and manage the end-to-end development of business requirement documents.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data, customer insights and market information into clear business actions and recommendations.
Demonstrated ownership, commitment, accountability and responsibility for business outcomes.
Self-driven and proactive, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
