Role Overview:
JRT Group has existing and upcoming civil projects in Rockhampton and Yeppoon and is seeking experienced Combo Operators to join the team. This role requires versatility across truck driving, excavator operation, and skid steer operation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operate trucks, excavators, and skid steers across a range of civil construction tasks
Excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and lifting activities
Carting materials to and from site
Land clearing and general earthworks
Cleaning, lubricating, and carrying out basic preventative maintenance on plant and equipment
Working to construction programs to meet daily productivity targets
Completing daily paperwork,



including pre-starts, dockets, and timesheets
Applying all Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and site procedures
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated experience operating trucks, excavators, and skid steers
Demonstrated RII / VOC evidence preferred
Ability to load and unload machinery from trucks and trailers
Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction drawings
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
