We are seeking an organised, customer-focused and proactive Uniform Shop Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our School Uniform Shop in an ongoing position.
As the first point of contact for many families, the Uniform Shop Coordinator plays an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while ensuring students are appropriately fitted and equipped with the required uniform items. Working closely with students, families, suppliers, volunteers and School staff, the successful candidate will ensure the Uniform Shop operates professionally, efficiently and in alignment with the School's standards and brand presentation. The role is responsible for the overall commercial and operational management of the Uniform Shop, including inventory planning, purchasing, supplier relationships, pricing, budgeting, financial reporting and stock control, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and support for families across the School community.




This is a wide-ranging role that combines customer service, retail operations, inventory management, purchasing, data administration and stakeholder engagement. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, forecasting future requirements, coordinating uniform fittings for new and existing students, supporting online ordering processes and ensuring the shop is well-presented and fully operational throughout the year.
Attendance during peak trading periods, student orientation activities and key enrolment events is required. The position also includes work during selected school holiday periods to undertake stock management, uniform fittings, supplier coordination, annual stocktakes and preparation for the commencement of each school term.
