About the position
In terms of food, Wests Nelson Bay offer outstanding quality of food that has become a favourite for local members and seasonal guests. Traditional Club food offerings and modern options including local seafood options gives variety to this prospect for a Fulltime Chef to join the team. Responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food items across the catering operations.
What you will be doing:
This position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must. Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during seasonal peaks is essential.
