About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and commercially driven
On-Premise Sales Manager
to grow our presence across Brisbane & QLD.
This is a
field-based role
focused on building relationships, winning new business, and driving sales performance across the on-premise channel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, venues)
Build new business and expand distribution
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Conduct tastings, staff training, and brand activations
Represent the brand at industry events




Follow up leads and close sales opportunities
Provide weekly reporting and pipeline updates
Support off-premise accounts and in-store tastings
Skills & Experience
Experience in alcohol, FMCG, or on-premise sales preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Well-presented and confident in customer-facing environments
Passion for premium spirits and hospitality
Results-driven with a proactive mindset
