The Onemda Association is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
Develop individualised treatment plans for clients
Implement therapy interventions to improve clients' speech and language abilities
Provide counselling and support to clients and their families




Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct research and contribute to evidence-based practice
Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in career development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
