About the Role
As the first point of contact on site, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights
Managing inbound and outbound truck movements
Data entry and processing dockets accurately
Providing excellent customer service to drivers and site visitors
Handling general administrative duties




Ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety standards
About You
Previous experience in a
weighbridge, logistics, or admin role
(preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using computer systems and data entry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Reliable and punctual
