Key Responsibilities
Conduct desktop assessments to determine damage,



causation, policy coverage (PDS), and repair requirements
Prepare and review scope of works, cost estimates, and supplier quotes, ensuring cost-effective and accurate outcomes
Negotiate repair scope, costs, and methodology with builders and suppliers
Make claim decisions and recommendations in line with policy and regulatory frameworks
Manage claims end-to-end, including risk identification, escalations, make-safe approvals, and monitoring repair progress, quality, and timelines
Review and approve variations and invoices throughout the repair lifecycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders
We are looking for someone with
Residential building/renovation experience with strong estimating capability (essential)
Experience preparing and reviewing scope of works and repair cost estimates
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple systems and work in a fast-paced environment
