Bayside Health is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Sandringham Hospital to oversee 24/7 patient access and flow, coordinating resources and services across the campus.
Reporting to senior management, you will lead clinical and non-clinical teams, implement patient flow strategies, and ensure responsive operations to fluctuating demand. RN Division 1 registration is required with postgrad healthcare study preferred.
