Our firm supports a diverse range of clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises, professionals, and growing businesses. As a small team, we pride ourselves on providing personalised service to our clients and hands-on mentoring to our staff.
We are now looking for a motivated
Graduate / Junior Accountant
to join our team and grow their career in public practice.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior accountant to gain strong hands-on experience in accounting and tax compliance within a public practice workplace. You will work directly with senior accountants, manager and partners, receiving strong support and training.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns
BAS and IAS preparation
Assisting with financial statements and management reports
Liaising with clients and the ATO
General accounting and administrative support




Exposure to advisory and business services work as skills develop
About You
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a small team environment.
You will ideally have:
A degree in Accounting
Up to 1 year experience in accounting or a related field (Graduates are also welcome to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate professionally in Mandarin (spoken and written) as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking clients
Good attention to detail and time management
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Solid command of Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
