About the Role:
We're building something special, and we need a skilled Dental Assistant who understands that smooth clinical operations make everything run better. You'll be the backbone of our dentists' day-to-day work—anticipating needs, managing the clinical environment, and ensuring every patient receives excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide confident chairside support to dentists during all procedures
Anticipate clinical needs and work efficiently alongside the dentist
Set up, maintain, and manage treatment rooms to the highest standards
Execute sterilisation and infection control protocols with precision
Manage patient comfort and experience during procedures




Support ad hoc reception duties as needed (appointment scheduling, patient communications, payments)
Mentor and support team members as we grow
What We're Looking For:
Cert III in Dental Assisting (essential)
Proven DA experience in Australia (essential)
Genuine passion for patient-centered care
Ability to thrive in a busy, quick-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Friendly, professional, and collaborative team player
