You will lead a seasoned finance function, including FP&A; and financial controls, and guide capital raising, M&A;, and post-merger integration.
You will elevate finance to institutional-grade standards, drive reporting, governance and operations, and act as a trusted advisor to the board while shaping strategy and people.
