About The Role
To provide Occupational Therapy service to hospital inpatients.
To carry out assessment of patient's functional ability (i.e. self-care, functional mobility, transfers, home management) considering patient's physical, cognitive and social situation, and plan appropriate treatment interventions.
To provide patient education and intervention regarding safety and independence at home, functional precautions and correct use of equipment.
To document all occupational therapy interventions in the patient's medical record.
To maintain accurate patient statistics.
To participate in Multidisciplinary Team Quality Improvement Programs.
About You
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
Post-graduate private or public hospital experience at least one year.
Current AHPRA registration.




Current Drivers Licence.
Weekend availability a must.
Evidence of the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
