The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented
Senior Project Manager
to join our team in Mount Waverley, Victoria. Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you'll manage the full lifecycle of turn-key water treatment projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. This includes managing design, compliance, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases to meet contractual and business objectives.
This role will also actively support the Head of Project Delivery with team leadership and mentoring to enhance project and staff performance.
About You
You are an experienced, professional and capable Project Manager. You also possess the following:
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering (focus on water resources).
Experience:




10+ years in project construction within water or mining industries, including 5+ years managing scope, cost, schedules, and vendors.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of industrial plant construction methodologies; proficiency in Microsoft Projects.
Project Management:
Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal English; strong presentation and report writing skills.
Water Experience and Best Practice Knowledge:
Application of best practices for water resource projects, experience of integrated water resource planning concepts, including water rights and water quality regulations.
Other Requirements:
Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally (sometimes our projects take us to really interesting and exotic places)
