The Role:
As a
Trainee
, you will provide exceptional service to customers, across a number of areas in the bank from telling through to concierge.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:
Welcome customers and offer exceptional service
Assist with bank transactions, cash handling and savings needs
Educate customers on digital banking services
Provide relevant advice to customers
Follow-up customer enquiries, delegating where required
About You:




Positive and proactive approach
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
Great communication skills, written and verbal
Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
Robust computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
Role Requirements:
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Able to provide 100 points of identification to complete a background check
