About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Workforce Solutions Consultant to join our team in Deer Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, workforce solutions, business development or sales.
In this hands-on role, you'll connect with employers, job seekers, apprentices and trainees to create meaningful employment outcomes. You'll proactively source candidates, generate new business opportunities, build workforce pipelines and support employers to find the right talent for their business.
No two days are the same. One day you might be attending a careers expo or networking event, the next you'll be meeting employers, conducting candidate interviews or uncovering new workforce opportunities through business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across a range of industries.
Generate apprenticeship, traineeship and training opportunities through proactive business development activities.
Conduct outbound sales and employer engagement activities.




Promote AGA's workforce solutions and training services.
Convert employer conversations into recruitment and training opportunities.
Source and engage candidates seeking employment, apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
Coordinate interviews, work trials and employment outcomes.
Build and maintain talent pools aligned to industry demand.
Develop referral networks with employment service providers, schools, community organisations and youth services.
Attend careers expos, networking events and community activities.
Build partnerships that create pathways into employment and training opportunities.
About You
