Crane Yardman
to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in delivering top-tier equipment to Australia's construction sector.
The Role
As a Crane Yardman, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Thomastown yard running smoothly, ensuring tower cranes and equipment are ready for hire. This hands‐on role involves manual tasks, equipment handling, and maintaining a safe and organized yard workplace.
Key Responsibilities
:
Load and unload tower crane components and materials using forklifts or manual handling.
Conduct basic inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Keep the yard clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Assist with preparing cranes for transport to construction sites.
Support riggers and technicians with crane assembly/dismantling tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate records of equipment movements and inventory.
What We're Looking For
:
Experience in a construction yard, warehousing, or similar environment (preferred but not essential).




Valid White Card (Construction Induction Training)
Forklift Licence (LF) or Dogging Licence (DG) – highly desirable.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of OHS protocols.
Physically fit to handle manual tasks and lift heavy materials (up to 32kg, per safety guidelines).
Reliable team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude
