As part of our Security team,you'llhelp create safe,secureand welcoming environments for our clients and communities. Working alongside supportive leaders and teammates,you'llplayan important rolein protecting people, respondingprofessionallyand delivering exceptional service every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain a safe,secureand welcoming environment for customers,retailersand visitors
Conduct patrols,monitorsiteactivityand respond to incidents or security concerns
Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations, first aid and incident management
Monitor and report risks, hazards, suspiciousbehaviourand breaches of site procedures
Deliver professional customer service while supporting conflict resolution and access control requirements
What we are looking for
Current valid Security Licenceand National Police Check (ability to obtain).
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends whererequired.
Strong communicationskills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Experience in retail, corporate or customer-facing security environments.




Ability to remain calm,professionaland responsive in fast-paced situations.
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Previouscontrol room experience will be highly regarded.
