The City of Kingston is seeking a Building Management Officer to support daily building operations across Cheltenham and other municipal facilities. You will help manage HVAC, lifts, automatic doors, and other critical systems, while coordinating contractors and ensuring safety and compliance.
You will work with the Building Maintenance team to arrange programmed and reactive maintenance, conduct audits, and assist with event preparations to deliver reliable services to community users.
