Senior Project Manager - Education Compliance Program
Lead the implementation of important legislative reform
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise-wide implementation and institutionalisation of legislative and regulatory requirements. You will translate complex legislative obligations into sustainable policies, procedures, governance arrangements, education programs and operational practices.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience delivering complex, organisation-wide transformation or regulatory implementation projects.
Must have experience working in the education sector
Excellent stakeholder engagement - You will be working closely with several C-suite stakeholders
Robust project management, governance, risk and change management capabilities.
Experience translating legislation, regulation or policy into practical organisational processes.




Proven ability to influence and coordinate senior stakeholders within a complex or decentralised environment.
Highly developed consultation, facilitation and communication skills.
Experience developing project plans, governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
The ability to manage sensitive subject matter with empathy, discretion and sound judgement.
A commitment to gender equality, inclusion, cultural safety and victim-survivor-centred practice.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Lead a complex, gender based violence regulator program
