As a full-time role, you will play a key part in providing an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. What you'll be doing
Delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalised optical advice
Assisting with the sales process, including frame selection, measurements and dispensing
Maintaining the store's presentation
Providing support to the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations
Contributing to the overall performance and success of the store
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the optical or retail industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to provide excellent customer service
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficientlyEnthusiasm, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results
The flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends (no evenings)
