Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Casual Front of House Waitstaff to join our dynamic event team.
Main Duties
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
Assist with setting up and packing down events.
Understand dietary requirements and ensure guests are served appropriate meals.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
Skills/Experience Required
Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably restaurants and events.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Reliability to commit to shifts allocated to you based on your availability.
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
